One of the sectors of society that, due to their lack of physical health, is always faced with many disabilities, whether in the use of public services or citizenship or active participation in society, these are disabled. Attitudes based on the discrimination of people with disables in society are based on assumptions about people with disables that are completely incompatible with their disability. Media is one of the tools that has been used to change people's attitudes. Especially, social media content is produced and selected by the community compare to media and newspapers are more attentive. This research is considered the role of media in changing the attitude of the citizens of Tehran based on the Elaboration likelihood model (ELM), that media explanation social network. This research is a descriptive survey and the statistical population of this research is citizens of Tehran (over eighteen). The results show that focus on central route content producing in the social network has an impact on cognitive attitudes, emotional attitudes and readiness attitudes for action. Also, focus on peripheral route content producing in the social network has an impact on cognitive attitudes and emotional attitudes, but it hasn’t impact readiness attitudes for action.

With the advent of the information age and networked society and the advent of web-based social media and the success of these networks in attracting users, these networks have been able to play a key role in creating different streams and offering different lifestyles. The experience of these two spatializations and the formation of subcultures appropriate to this space changes people's choices. On the other hand, considering that the social network Instagram is one of the most popular social networks in the world and in Iran, so the purpose of this study is to identify the components of the culture that governs the social network Instagram. This research has a descriptive and survey strategy and since this research is a qualitative research in terms of type,The researcher identified the categories and items of culture in the social network with the help of interviews with experts. In this research, the researcher uses structural analysis method to analyze the data obtained from the interview. According to the data obtained from the interview, the author achieved six cultural components in the social network Instagram, which are; Lack of media literacy, lack of adherence to ethics, extremism, superficiality, participation and assertiveness.

AbstractAlong with the development of the societies and its scientific and cultural progress, some of the non-material manifestations, including the rights of individuals, to their claims and various aspects of the exploitation of non-property were also recognized as a kind of property. These include intellectual property rights. It has also been challenged by the emergence and expansion of cyberspace, longstanding balance and coexistence of copyrights and public interests. At the moment, because of not joining the Bern Convention, the country's relationship with the international level is disconnected. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the author's rights to establish cultural, economic and ... relations in the international arena. Delphi method was used in this study. The statistical population of this study includes experts, authors, educators and activists in the field of law, communications, and information technology, which also has the ability and expertise in the field of intellectual property. The sample was selected using snowball sampling. Based on the results of this research, the factors affecting intellectual property rights in the field of books and publications in cyberspace were identified in several fields. In fact, four areas of effective intellectual property rights have been identified: media, legal, philosophical and technical. In the end, the proper policy-making of intellectual property rights issues is felt in these four areas.

The growing rates of data and the need to use them and the competition to meet the consumers’ needs has driven media towards “Data Journalism”. If its role and significance is understood adequately, it can be used more widely across Iranian media as well. The present research has been conducted aiming to study the role of data journalism in online media and is based on the theory of “Uses and Gratifications”, “Expectation-Utility” and “the Theory of Public Spheres”.Six main issues were studied including the role of data journalism in online media, the definition of data journalism, its future and works related to it, the role of Big Data in the future of data journalism and the media’s interest in utilizing it.The method of study is in-depth interview with 103 data journalism experts. According to the results, the experts have pointed out 11 roles of data journalism including “Journalistic”,“facilitation of interaction of the audience”, “achieving democracy” and “building credibility” roles and have emphasized that considering the tendency in other media to use data journalism, online media has gained more success in doing so. The future of data journalism is deemed positive and expanding and the role of big data is also brought to attention. Supporting the interests of the audience and media, influencing governments and aiding their interactions have been some of data journalism effects. According to the results, data journalism can help the media play its critical role, gain the audience's gratification and help to revive the public sphere.
